Return & Refund

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email help.aevrae@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once approved, refunds take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

No refunds are issued while an item is in transit to you.
The item must be returned and received before a refund can be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
